My name is Hayley, I am a Reflexologist, Usui & Seichim Reiki Master and intuitive holistic healer. I studied my craft with the wonderful Sheila Nugent, a pioneer of Reflexology in Ireland. 

I believe that my services guide people to reach their highest potential through the healing power of touch & relaxation through the means of meditation. I particularly love working with clients who are going on their own healing journeys and wanting to enhance their self-development.

My background is in Early Years Education and after many years working as an early years manager, facilitating classes and courses with mums & babies; I took an interest in womens’ wellness and healing.

After years of struggling with my own menstrual cycle, I now specialise in Fertility, Pregnancy and Women’s Health in general. I am on a mission to help women discover their power through education and knowledge about their own menstrual cycles.

I recently became a Doula in 2025 to support mums and allow me to provide holistic support to clients in their most transformative moments. By integrating the principles of reflexology with compassionate birthing support, I aim to create a nurturing environment that empowers individuals and families.

This comprehensive approach fosters emotional resilience, comfort, and confidence, ensuring that each client feels guided and understood throughout their experience. Together, we can navigate the path to wellness and create lasting memory of care and support throughout the entire perinatal journey.

I offer a safe space for healing where you are cared for, respected and listened to. Free from judgement, my therapy room is open to everyone to relax in comfort. The thing I love most is seeing my clients leaving the treatment room feeling revitalised with a smile that often wasn’t there prior to coming in through the door.
