Hello and welcome to Guided Soles Reflexology & Relaxation.

My name is Hayley, I am a Reflexologist, Usui & Seichim Reiki practitioner and intuitive holistic healer. I studied my craft with the wonderful Sheila Nugent, a pioneer of Reflexology in Ireland. 

I believe that my services guide people to reach their highest potential through the healing power of touch & relaxation through the means of meditation. I particularly love working with clients who are going on their own healing journeys and wanting to enhance their self-development.

My background is in Early Years Education and after many years working as an early years manager, facilitating classes and courses with mums & babies; I took an interest in womens’ wellness and healing. At present I am currently studying Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ and working towards a diploma in Hormonal Wellness Mentoring and Coaching. *These services will be added in the coming months.

After years of struggling with my own menstrual cycle, I now specialise in Fertility, Pregnancy and Women’s Health in general. I am on a mission to help women discover their power through education and knowledge about their own menstrual cycles.

I offer a safe space for healing where you are cared for, respected and listened to. Free from judgement, my therapy room is open to everyone to relax in comfort. The thing I love most is seeing my clients leaving the treatment room feeling revitalised with a smile that often wasn’t there prior to coming in through the door.
